(*waves back at Minotaur and dodges axes*) Red hair cool. - Maybe they dont want no punky-hoodlums working for them Flies are really stupid. Buried a bird yesterday Loughborough is a metropolis after this place - popped back to check on things and bring over D&D stuff and Nintendo 64 - I intend to dissappear into a Vortex of Dimension Nerd-gamer-something ;D

(confusing - I'm hoping your not laughing at the dead bird ) - loads of stuff I was going to start babbling about but have forgotten. Found a book on Haikus but it was a tenner so left it in the bookshop - read some stuff about the formal rules of Haikus - now I'm really confused. Oh well. Who says we have to master everything (hoping to get some focus - do I want to write adventure games? they seem so much work ... - the Computer Project had been distracting me but I missed some sessions last week and suddenly my brain is coming back on line ... but blah blah ...)

This just in .... Katherine and 20,000 others evacuvated from Brum centre - apparently one of the devices was near the pub she was in. Why does everything seem likes its from a graphic novel or sci-fi movie. The loss of Birmingham I can live with __ Other news : Got buzzed by a Spitfire - thought it was a low flying lawnmower (erm hard to explain...) Out of credit again - one text to USA and one to Spain seems to have emptied the last of the pennies Apologies to Sparky if you try to text later. Take care - hope you're day went well. Man bites dog.

Cat savages idiot. Tried to teach the cat to use our new catflap. She wasn't keen. I bought one of those catflaps that open with a magnet mounted on the cat's collar, but didn't want any other magnetically equipped cats getting in. So I started playing with a Tiris RFID reader I had kicking about, so that the catflap would only open when it read her ID chip 1 or the rabbit's. It works pretty well (feline violence notwithstanding), but I'm surprised that no similar system is on the market. What I did find, however, was a great idea on the halfbakery website (http://www.halfbakery.com/), which involved using pattern recognition software to prevent the cat coming into the house when she was carrying a dead bird or similar present. I'll have a play, once I a) know something about pattern recognition software, and b) have stopped bleeding. 1 Please consider getting your pet chipped. Not only does it mean the potential return of a loved pet, but also gives you the chance to say to the vet "Oh, does that mean I can play imported DVD's and games on her now?". Because vets have never heard that one before. And they think it's really funny. No, really.

Dk223 - you're a man who speaks may language - barbeques and crowds of strange folk - and the people you know / related to either to busy or too drunk to talk ... make excuses and flee ... I mean leave... Barny - that's it! ID chipping pets. Those magnetic catflaps are a nightmare. So can I play my old PS games on it too ...? No catflap here - found pools of enemy cat jizz on paving stones ... I feel violated (Lynneturnbulls birthday by the way - but she doesn't post much here so maybe a banner would be over doing it ... it would be different if we could all get drunk then it wouldn't matter who's birthday it was or if they were here or not ) (damn may have to post greetings on NSHN ... grumble)

Vampires - excellent ... maybe I should include vamps in the Goblin Market Bestiery (as well as the usual fairies, pixies, goblins, tiggers, ducks ...) ... damn sure we'd get some more Goths popping in ;D _ Careful Tinks - last time I had that thought ... it was followed by rememberinbg a news item on burns and male stirility (My laptop sadly can never sit on laps now more - much like me lol - - keyboard and mouse makes it awkward -original keyboard is bust ...)

So there I am, watering the plants in the garden (slowly with a watering can because yesterday the hose was on "sand blast" setting), watching for enemy planes and the phone rings ... It's mum and dad ringing me on a mobile from Central Park, New York! I mean, that's my inheritance they're spending ... ;D ;D
