City sight-seeing - crazy buildings and shopping! And there's no pressure to be under dressed in front of strangers! (I guess in depends etc. etc. ...) Albert Einstein or Marilyn Monroe?
Post by Darkness on Sept 28, 2008 21:10:00 GMT
Albert Einstein - though the burden of genius must have been pretty hard, I think I'd rather struggle with that than be used and exploited like it seems she was.
Dracula or Frankenstein?
Post by Goblin King on Oct 5, 2008 22:07:47 GMT
Dracula - a much better host!
Spells or swords?
Post by Darkness on Oct 6, 2008 10:32:20 GMT
Spells - mind and magic over brute force.
Hamlet or Macbeth?
Post by Goblin King on Oct 19, 2008 23:18:53 GMT
Hamlet for sheer quotability. (it used to be Macbeth - more fights)
Monkeys or cats?
Post by Darkness on Oct 19, 2008 23:21:50 GMT
Oh no!! A cruel question to ask me!! GK, you are evil. OK, cats - cos they are probably less trouble to keep as pets. And tins of cat food are less hassle than huge piles of bananas. ;D Having a headache or feeling sick?
Post by Goblin King on Oct 19, 2008 23:25:15 GMT
Mwhahahaha. Judging by your former loyalty, I think both parties would forgive you in this context. ;D Headache I think. Midnight or midday?
Post by Darkness on Oct 19, 2008 23:37:04 GMT
Midday - because at midnight there is all the worry about feeling I should go to sleep, but I can't sleep, and it's quiet and dark and lonely and the volume of the thoughts in my head gets turned right up.
Back ache or stomach ache?
Post by Goblin King on Oct 20, 2008 21:39:39 GMT
*Shudders at both.* Back ache because at least it's more likely to me physical and not a mystery poisoning or other unwellness.
Gems: opals or topaz?
Post by Darkness on Oct 20, 2008 22:58:26 GMT
Topaz - but blue or green topaz only, and set in silver. Not orange or yellow topaz, and NEVER set in gold. Yep, I'm a cheap date. White marble or black granite?
Post by Goblin King on Oct 25, 2008 0:33:24 GMT
White marble - although polished black granite intrigues.
Country cottage of modern city flat?
Post by Darkness on Oct 25, 2008 7:56:02 GMT
Modern city flat - countryside looks nicer, but I need to be nearer civilisation. Also, city doesn't make me so sneezy with hayfever, and doesn't tend to smell quite so much of poo.
Duvet or blanket?
Post by Goblin King on Oct 25, 2008 12:12:25 GMT
I can make flats smell of poo! ;D
Duvet - easier to subdue in emergencies when people visit.
Chairs - whicker or plastic?
Post by Darkness on Oct 25, 2008 19:21:04 GMT
(We know...) Whicker - less institutional. Check-up at dentist's or getting your hair cut?
Post by Goblin King on Oct 25, 2008 21:02:52 GMT
Hair cut! *shudder* (you're EVIL!)
Chrome kettles or stylish plastic kettles?
Post by Darkness on Oct 25, 2008 23:20:58 GMT
Chrome kettles. Shiny!
Using cutlery or fingers?
Post by Goblin King on Oct 26, 2008 13:39:54 GMT
Cutlery, - a massive sword and a billhook! Although sometimes the goblin in me requires the food grease to mingle with the mud on my fingers.
Bright yellow or sky blue?

Fingers!
Tomato sauce or barbeque?

Hi Kelly!

Hey Am making productive use of quiet time at work! Sky blue Crumpets or croissants?
Post by Goblin King on Oct 26, 2008 13:46:12 GMT
Yay! For net-related-skive-typing! Crumpets because I can spell them (but really I think I prefer the French things) Antique gas lamps or candles?
Post by Kelly on Oct 26, 2008 13:52:27 GMT
Candles I think, much more atmospheric, though the light shining off the brass gas lamps is nice too spring or autumn?
Post by Darkness on Oct 26, 2008 14:45:59 GMT
Autumn - none of that faux-hopeful-rebirth-new beginnings rubbish. ;D Supermarkets & department stores or going to many separate shops?
Post by Kelly on Oct 26, 2008 14:54:07 GMT
Hehe Lots of shops, especially those strange little bookshops that magically appear out of nowhere and are on many levels, eventually leading to an Alice in Wonderland door that is surely too small for a human to fit through? Anyway... motorbikes or cars?
Post by Darkness on Oct 26, 2008 21:58:28 GMT
Cars - I like my little black chariot. Wearing pj's all day or day-clothes all night?
Post by Kelly on Oct 28, 2008 10:06:32 GMT
Pj's all day... since mine are just those lovely soft check shirts and trackies... then I can look like a slob with an excuse Cups and saucers or mugs?
Post by Darkness on Oct 28, 2008 10:45:59 GMT
Mugs - better for warming cold hands whilst holding it.
Bunged up nose or snotty runny nose?
Post by Kelly on Oct 28, 2008 11:02:50 GMT
Definitely bunged up - you have no idea how manky the inside of my helmet can get when I've got a cold!
Reality tv or the news?
Post by Darkness on Oct 28, 2008 12:44:57 GMT
The news - reality tv just makes me angry.
Eddie Izzard or Bill Bailey?
Post by Kelly on Oct 28, 2008 12:53:50 GMT
Eddie Izzard.
Card or cash?
