I've only just realised that Halo is all about / every reference is to the the Old Testement and Genesis. D'oh - me slow. Yes, yes I know what a "halo" is ... but still! I mean, there's metaphors, similies - but then there's symbols and allegory. I thought it was just about killing things! (I blame CS Lewis )

Enjoying the Return to Castle Wolfenstein demo. Some of it really reminds me of the original Quake.

Last night, whilst still a little drunk, I started playing something called "Cute Knight RPG" erm ... I feel unclean ... it's like I pulled or something and I'm not sure what to think today ... www.hanakogames.com/_ Back to Morrowind methinks. Where are all these games obsessed with raising cash through having jobs? It's very unnerving ...

Installed Baldur's Gate on the new computer and have worked out how to move the save files - so I can travel between this computer and the old laptop at mum's house. Have datastick - will travel/adventure.

Ah Kingdom of Loathing - I'm far too dedicated to my other RPGs to actually play a spoof one. (okay, by "dedicated" I mean I play Baldur's Gate about once a month ...) -Besides I scared I'll get sucked into it's strange wacky world. You're character sounds very erm powerful. Steer clear, Clojio, you have you whole life ahead of you! ;D DAT500 sent me Far Cry (1st person shooter) for my birthday so I'm hoping to be stuck on the first assignment for a few weeks. It's brutal I tell ye. Too much sneakin' about! (becomes Gollum for a moment ...)

Tetris Attack - "Puzzle" setting - on the SNES emulator is officially addictive. Lot's of cute Yoshi graphics, frogs and monkeys, lush colours, pure Nintendo.
