My friend Barry has my N64 copy of Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time and I have yet to retrieve it from him. He says its packed away somewhere (he betrayed his N64 and is loyal only to his fancified X-Box). I reckon he's sold it on Ebay! Anyway DAT500 has leant me his copy since he is playing an improved version (Master Quest) on his GameCube and cannot bare the thought of my life without a decent Zelda Game (although I'm stuck in the SNES version of Legend of Zelda Link to the Past). After five minutes returning the Kingdom of Hyrule I realise I must never but another cartridge in the N64. So I know that this game will be a consistant factor in my gaming weeks to come. Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time (Nintendo 64 1998) The other ongoing game (well second life) is Dungeons and Dragons: Baldur's Gate (with Tales of the Sword Coast Expansion Pack) It's an old game (so it actually runs on this confused wreck of PC) and of course its not exactly like the table-top version but its damn fine ... forget about quest, kill monster, grab treasure, go shopping ...

Shopping!
Wait until you get to Jabbu Jabbu! Then we'll see your real love!
Currently playing too many games - only two hands, why did God curse me so? The first few that spring to mind:
(PC) Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - Yo' Shizzle ma Nizzle. I like the idea of PC being next to GTA.
(GameCube) Killer 7: You want me to describe it? It's like trying to describe my nightmares directed by David Lynch and scored by Mezbow. It's psychotically brilliant.
(GameCube) Tales of Symphonia: Cell-shaded nutters. Cutesy kids who smile with their eyes.

There're only so many times you can play Zelda before it gets boring. I would be playing Mario Kart if my 'friend' had not stolen it from me just before I moved out. She keeps promising to post it...

No Mario Cart (N64?) - thats bad. Buy a new one (well second hand) - you have to and just hate your friend forever more.

Currently playing The Elderscrolls III: Morrowind Jaw droppingly beautiful - I don't have a clue whats going on and keep going for walks in fantasy countryside. I must install DAT500's copy of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. But I have a strange feeling that you guys will never see me again if I do that.
Training levels in Age of Empires II - where I order Scotsmen to build castles. Aye!
Just bought Dungeon Siege II - because it was on a limited special offer in Game (a place where a real bargain is a rare thing).
So I'm never leaving the house again and am investing in eye-drops and nutrient patches.
;D

Upon discovering that I can download upto a whole 2 (that's two) Gig a month - I gave in to my temptation and downloaded the demo of Doom 3. Very scary - reminded me of all the times DAT500 has shown me Half Life and System Shock 2 ... if only for the hilarious "somethings not right around here" eavesdropping and provision of an utterly useless torch! - although you can whack creatures with the torch when out of bullets ... It's 2am, I'm in the dark with a shotgun and six bullets ... _____ All that aside I was very naughty and bought HALO!!! -which I absolutely can't afford (even when it's on special offer) but have decided no-one is getting christmas presents this year because I want to kill aliens! ;D
