recipe: ingredients: 150g/6oz digestive biscuits 79g/2 1/2oz butter, melted 1 tin nestles condensed milk, previously boiled for two hours 1 large banana 1/4 pint double/whipping cream 1/2 tsp caster sugar 1/4 tsp coffee granules. method: 1) crush biscuits and add to melted butter, mix well. 2) place in the base of a flan dish and press down well. 3) cover with thinly sliced banana. 4) spread condensed milk on top 5) whip cream with coffee and sugar, place on top. enjoy we had a competition in school as to how many slices of banana we could get from one banana.... the girl that won got 47.... try and beat that

lol... if u dont feel like boiling the sealed tin up for 2 hrs before in a pan of water (which is says on the side of the tin is reeeeeeeeeeeally dangerous to do) then empty it into a pan and cook it slowly... but be prepared for a very very very sticky pan!
