Hi Squiggle, my eating is bad at the moment too (what am I saying, at the moment? is always bad). I'm trying to persuade myself to have some milk or juice now and then - am trying to avoid the passing out thing as it just gets awkward and embarrassing. I walked around Sainsburys for ages this afternoon - so much stuff in there, felt paralysed by choice and then couldn't actually imagine putting any of the things in my mouth anyway... Did eventually buy 2 types of juice, but I don't think it's going to be a long term solution sadly...

Jamie Oliver - a certain ex-colleague/work+pub friend once drew a Pokemon character of him (at the time Pokemon was THE thing) called "Pukkachef". You just reminded me of that. lol.
