I've done similar, I was looking down as my gears as they were making a nasty noise when I rode into the side of a parked car

I did the classic of walking into a glass door, and i was fully sober...thankfully nobody noticed....i just sorta looked at it a few times and realised why it wouldnt let me through...

HA HA! I have immense fun watching people walking through the glass walls at work. The most forceful people are the funniest, they rebound to the most stupid degree and almost knock themselves out.
