Hey I don't buy the cruelty to bees debate by the way - us and the bees get a fairly good deal from what I can tell. honey is fine. If it's okay for Pooh Bear ...

A Doctor was addressing a large audience: "The material we put into our stomachs is enough to have killed most of us sitting here, years ago. Red meat is awful. Soft drinks corrode your stomach lining. Chinese food is loaded with MSG. High fat diets can be disastrous, and none of us realizes the long- term harm caused by the germs in our drinking water. But there is one thing that is the most dangerous of all and we all have, or will, eat it. Can anyone here tell me what food it is that causes the most grief and suffering for years after eating it?" After several seconds of quiet, a 75-year-old man in the front row raised his hand, and softly said, "Wedding Cake."

Okay - I think you can worry a little less about the Organic until you're in more control of your finances Vegan Marshmallows - you're kidding me!? I mean I didn't even think they did veggie ones. Have you had any fruit of other veg tonight? - I find with potatoes or pasta I can still be hungry and it's do with balancing off the starch or something.

Oi - just because we don't meet our RDAs or whatever the nutrionists decided is good for us this year doesn't mean we're unhealthy. Guilty about diets? Guilt >>> Anxiety >>> increase in stomach acids which can lead to real long term harm. So I reckoning worry less about diet can sometimes be more healthy than actually changing ones diet ... (work that one out, lol) ... well, in the short term anyway.
