Into the lion's den now - this is a very dangerous link - its a flash site so parts may take a few seconds to load. www.hasbro.com/starwars/Avoid the toy lists! Go straight to Galactic Arcade (buttons of the left of the screen) Theres a cool list of mini games for kids. Highly recommended: Character Creator- Swap Star Wars bodies and heads - choose colours etc.- I ever ever start playing the role-playing game I will be using this as a tool for character illustrations ...

LOL I dont have a clue what they are! ;D- every button click is precious - since it takes around 5 mins to load the next screen ... Just had a look at the comic stip maker www.hasbro.com/starwars/pl/page.comic/dn/default.cfm - But make sure you have plenty of ink in your printer!

Dont worry, me and a hell of a lot of other folks plan to rise up against Lucas and destroy him. Not only will we restore what was altered but we will then also provide an alternative version where all the the cool characters prevail and the whiney floppy haired characters fail! Hopefully Episode III will actually show Vader destroying without mercy. If Lucas fails to deliver on this absolutely basic point I may have to jump planets and leave this monkey-race behind ... (careful this thread is about the detonate into a debate methinks )

You just knew I couldn't resist adding my GBP0.02 worth, right? One of the few things that Lucas has said about episode 3 is that it's a lot darker than the other episodes, and isn't suitable for younger children. Now, let's parse that shall we? The original trilogy were films for children; I don't mean that to sound pejorative, it's a simple fact. And as for a dark story being unsuitable for kids? Ooooh! Because kids are well known for hating dark scary stories. Apart from those by the Grimms. And Hans Anderson. Oh, and Dr Who. And... When Lucas says that ep3 is dark, what he means is "I'm really, really sorry for spunking the entire budget for episodes 1 and 2 on CGI, this time I've put aside a couple of hundred dollars to employ a scriptwriter with a Nine Inch Nails fixation to bring things back on track."
John Lydon was right: never trust a hippy.
