I'm planning on doing lots of self improvement over the year...basically continuing on with my resolution of January 2007...I don't like to rush things as you can see.

I was sitting on the edge of my bed this afternoon, and REM "Everybody Hurts" came onto the radio, and I couldn't stop myself sobbing uncontrollably. This does not bode well for the year ahead.  |

Eep. Quite a few folks I'm chatting to atm seem to be having a bit of January dip. Also I'm often a little reluctant to take on too much "self-improvement" plans or resolutions.  |
