There's been a few jokes about this on the news this week. I'd rather it was broken than tearing a hole in the space-time continuum.  Sabotage from the future? The weird thing is that because of all the quantum dogma we've received over the years via science fiction, I found myself thinking how plausible it was that cause actually followed effect (in the future), then I realised that if Einstein had theorised that bunnies get hungry at light speed, I'd have accepted this because salad is green on the light spectrum ... because let's face it, electrons may as well be bunny shaped, and dark matter is leaves and carrots. Maybe the damn thing has broken or just not doing anything and they need to keep the funding coming in! "They're waiting for you, Gordon ... in the Test Chamber." (Trans-dimensional bunnies, that is) |
