No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All hail his glasses and beard!! (I like the second link ) I'm amazed how many articles I've been reading seem to miss to point about Gygax - most of them seem to focus on the influence D&D has on computer games (lazy Google searches by anti-geeks, I suspect). Pen and paper D&D is still actually played and sold. And irony of irony, Gygax didn't particular like computers. Actually some of his scenarios seem to have been a little ropey, but hey, he was the main inventor of the RPG! I shall arrange some d20s in a cross shape. (*exalts DAT500 for marking an event here*)

I shall arrange some d20s in a cross shape. (*exalts DAT500 for marking an event here*) Balancing d4s one atop the other in a (vertical) cross shape will really show your love.

I guess it would be possible if I allowed you to put some of them upside-down, depends though, they might still slip off.
Actually I guess the arms of the cross would be a bit tricksy still!

Yeah, the 80s were strange. I guess the D&D fears took one's mind off the impending nuclear war. ;]
