Ooh, whizzy special effects. 
This is certainly not 3D browsing in the way they used to mean (proper VR style 3D!) it but may appeal to people who want that Vista scroll through effect (special search functions aside). The funny thing is that I bet it only runs really well on a new computer which will come with Vista anyhow - the Beta version runs like a dog on mine.
