^This is now on order from Amazon, the deluxe version (of course) from GK to me, for christmas. Tonight I am holding a Joss Stone festival in my kitchen. Only her first 2 albums, as the rest are shit.

Robbie Williams - Take the Crown - his new album which came out yesterday (thank you Oh Mighty Amazon). It's a bit hit and miss, but overall quite pleasant pop for when one is in the mood for such.

Had the radio on quite a lot recently (Gem106) - kind of enjoying the old christmas favourites - it's helped me to get in the mood, I think. Currently playing The Pretenders - "2000 Miles".

Tori Amos - Gold Dust. Recommended by DAT500 and duly requested from and gifted by GK. Fantastic. Some of her best songs backed by a 50 piece orchestra!

Tried to watch 5 minutes of Doctor Who and I couldn't continue. Contrivances and fashionable references do not make good plots! I can't do it. They can't make me. I don't care who she is - the explanation will be rubbish. Stupid story arcs. ---

Pink was followed by 3 Kirsty MacColl albums, then some Eddi Reader and some Sarah McLachlan.
