I haven't investigated these links too thoroughly. Warning: May Cause Flash Backs to a time when certain theme tunes heralded the end of children's TV for the evening and the start of bed time ... (Wombles and Paddington bear still make me feel heavy of heart ... after this its the News - a grown-up's programme ... sighs ... "up the wooden hill" ) www.kids-tv.co.uk/(sound clip from Mr. Benn www.kids-tv.co.uk/progs/sounds/magic.wav ) tv.cream.org/www.tv-ark.org.uk/ ;D

Hey but dont you find it weird that we could be one of the first generations to be able to download all the media junk from our childhood? But I'll tell you something, I could really do without anymore of those "I love 1989" - Top 100 blah retro programmes with b-list celebrities being utterly stupid.

Yeah they're particularly bad, it was ok them doing the 60s and 70s, but really, the 80s?? Do we really need to be reminded of that decade? I was hoping to kind of erase it from my memory. All those perms and...leg warmers...and pink...oh dear
