Gulag (pronunciation (help·info), Russian: ГУЛАГ) is an acronym for Главное Управление Исправительно—Трудовых Лагерей и колоний, "Glavnoye Upravleniye Ispravitelno-trudovykh Lagerey i kolonii", "The Chief Directorate [or Administration] of Corrective Labour Camps and Colonies" of the NKVD. I discovered today (well, maybe a week or two ago) that peppers are not all the same, with varying degrees of ripeness.
Green and red peppers are the same but different ripenesses.
Both yellow and purple peppers are white before they ripen.
Well, it interested me, anyway.

It depends what type of food. Peppers are nice for adding colour I like yellow peppers cos most food isn't yellow . |
