I snuck into a local fruit machine arcade on Friday and played Terminator: Salvation with big shaky machine guns. It's fairly new and I ended up on the top of the leader board.  |

Caught up again with Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic (on ipad)
- This is actually one of the very few games I've actually completed.
Maybe I need to reinstall Baldur's Gate ....

It's gorgeous and there's been loads of criticism of it because the original games have created huge, almost impossible, expectations. It's Thief anew so it can't tarnish the utterly fantastic originals - and this game isn't as good as those - but it still plays like Thief and no other series has come close to that since the first one was made in, burger me, 1998.

Lost a few hours tonght playing on an app called "Shades" Columnsy-Tetris type thing which takes a little while to wrap your head around (perhaps because, surprisely enough, I'm not very good at matching colours unless they are right next to each other). It makes a change from Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic where I've turned a bit evil. Might post pics. |
