At least she wasn't hideously unwell before she went. Mungo had to be put down because he was clearly suffering, whereas I reckon with Sparky the delicate balance between failing organs finally just collapsed or something. She was still having fun last week as well. Both of them were very loved and content cats, I think. They were at least 14 in the end. Mum's house is going to be very strange without them both.
